With a deficit of 27 billion dollars in Texas, one of the esteemed member of the Texas Legislature had filed a bill about clean toilets. Representative John E. Davis is concerned that Texans be able to do their business in a clean toilet at gas stations and auto repair centers. I do believe that Texas has more pressing matters to worry about than clean crappers.
I wonder how Rep. Davis plans to fund the extra inspectors needed to make sure you can wipe you butt in a clean toilet??? Maybe he will send his family to do it.
