Tis the season to meet candidates

Tis the season to meet candidates. Well, I met a candidate this past weekend I am sure will go far and be a great addition to the U. S. Seanate. Barbara Ann Radnofsky is a woman to watch, admire and support. She has a ready smile, a quick whit and some strong opinions on what needs doing in DC. I look forward to watching her win the seat away from KBH in 2006.

Charlie Baird is running for 299th District Court and has an impressive resume, list of supporters and personality also. Spent some time talking with him at the Austin Stonewall Democrats meeting in June. Another one to help get into office.

People you need to check you local Dem web sites and see what is happening in your area. Get out there and meet these people and find someone you can get behind and help elect.

And Barbara has told me how much she enjoyed meeting you, refinish.

You are so right that we need to check the local clubs.

Also, both Barbara and Judge Baird have told me how much they appreciate the hard work you and the other Stonewall Dems of Austin did in registering voters at the Austin Pride festival, and in getting out their material to this important part of the Democratic coalition to Take Back Texas.

See you Saturday at the Williamson County Democratic Rally in Cedar Park, http://www.williamsoncountydemocrats.org/.

Registering voters is one of the main ways I can help not only these candidates but the entire party. Anyone who is not a voter register should head to their tax office and get sworn in as one. Of course every state does it different, so check with your state to see what you need.

I look forward to meeting the other Williamson County Dems on Saturday.

Great to have another blogger out there on campaign trail for Barbara!
